The Vaporfly 4 features a reduced-weight midsole, outsole, and upper compared to the previous model. Engineered mesh construction provides a consistent fit, while the heel and tongue sizes are minimised. Nike Zoom X foam runs from heel to toe for energy return, complemented by a thinner rubber outsole. A full-length carbon fibre Flyplate is positioned at a higher angle, paired with a lower heel-to-toe drop. white midsole graphic
